The project involves the rehabilitation of a 17th-century building. The primary objective is to renovate six existing apartments and create an additional unit within the attic space. Roof openings are designed using hipped dormer windows (lucarnes à capucine). Located within a protected heritage zone under the jurisdiction of the Architecte des Bâtiments de France (ABF), this project harmoniously blends modernity with tradition.
