ANNUNCIATION GARDEN

The following landscape proposal focuses on the designof three distinct areas: a 26m² west-f acing roof terrace, a second 6m² east-facing terrace, and the renovation of a 25m² north-facing ground-level garden bed. Integrated into a high-end built environment, the project aims to create coherence across these three spaces while leveraging the existing architectural quality to restore harmony between the building and its exterior. Each design is tailored to the site’s specific exposure, featuring a carefully selected plant palette that requires minimal irrigation and maintenance while providing year-round blooms. As these spaces are primarily viewed from a distance, the design emphasizes "massing" effects to ensure a striking visual impact from afar. Furthermore, committed to a low-impact approach, we prioritize materials and plants sourced and grown within the Paris region. The following document details each of the three designs.
