Concept
To develop this project, we chose the curve as the primary architectural driver. The curve acts as a guiding line, accompanying the inhabitant and serving to highlight and reveal the various spaces offered within the home.
The Kitchen
The kitchen has been redesigned to be more welcoming; the edges are custom-crafted and chamfered. The extension of the counter invites guests to continue their journey through the apartment while offering practical valet storage (drop zones) for everyday items.
The Bathroom
This space is an entirely new creation, separated from the dressing room. A brass feature serves as the threshold between the bathing area and the dressing area. The toilet door was relocated so it no longer faces the living room, allowing for the addition of integrated storage in the entrance hall. The shower finds its natural placement in front of the window, optimizing the layout.
The Dressing Room
The dressing room features bespoke joinery designed to lead the inhabitant seamlessly into the bedroom. A laundry area has been integrated, featuring a large drying rack with built-in heating.
The Bedroom
The bedroom includes a custom headboard with integrated storage units built into both the sides and the upper section, maximizing space without compromising the design.
