VILLA MAGNOFILA

A large stone wall is positioned along the property line to mitigate any potential future overlooking. This wall structures the volumes by creating a sheltered, covered axis that facilitates outdoor circulation. Three distinct and legible volumes emerge from this arrangement. The first two volumes are articulated with a slight offset, breaking up the monolithic feel while adhering to the cadastral boundary. Together, they form the main residence, comprising the living areas and a master bedroom. Oriented toward the sea, their western facades feature expansive openings, while the northern facades are entirely blind (windowless) to screen the view of Molini Hill and focus the gaze exclusively on the Gulf of Ajaccio and Isolella.
