The residence is composed of two distinct volumes: a single-story wing dedicated to the sleeping quarters, and a second volume featuring a mezzanine that forms the living area. The core of the project lies in smoothing out the irregularities and complexities of a previously disjointed structure. The design focuses on reclaiming strong architectural lines, allowing the building to return to its very essence.
Expansive outdoor spaces are integrated into the design, complemented by wide floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the surrounding views. Ultimately, each space expresses its primary purpose through a refined and minimalist architectural language.
